Classes

  • Each day’s class will be shown on the whiteboard in the gym
  • For Monthly members, the WODs will be in the WODboard App.

Access to the GYM

  • for 24/7 Access you will be given the door codes once you have purchased membership
  • Please turn off the lights when you leave
  • Please do remember that we only have limited parking spaces outside the gym (see notices) but parking on nearby roads is free.
